Liberty XL-2 Aircraft Fleet & Spares Package
1) All aircraft and spares described, hereafter referred to as the Equipment, are offered ex Leongatha
Aerodrome, South Gippsland, Victoria, Australia by Flying is Living Inc (a Florida
corporation), hereinafter referred to as the
Broker, for and on behalf of Liberty Aircraft Company Pty Ltd, 670 Ruby
Arawata Road, Ruby, Victoria 3953, Australia, hereinafter referred to as the Seller.
2) All specifications/descriptions are provided as introductory
information and do not constitute representations or warranties of the Seller
or Broker. The Broker has not conducted a detailed inspection of these aircraft
to verify mechanical condition, airworthiness or accuracy of specifications.
3) Prospective purchasers are required to conduct their own independent
pre-purchase inspection as neither the Seller nor the Broker makes any
representation as to the airworthiness of the aircraft, the condition of the
spares or the accuracy of the contained information. Specifications are subject
to verification upon inspection by the Purchaser.
4) The aircraft and spares/parts described herein are offered subject to
prior sale or withdrawal from the market without notice.
5) All aircraft have been immobilized with engines inhibited for the
past 3-4 years.
6) All aircraft will require new Annual and any other typical regulated Inspections
in whatever country they are shipped to.
7) No rights shall be assumed by any prospective Purchaser without a
ratified sales agreement and deposit in place.
